When we collect data

• When you become a client and we enter into an agreement

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, company and what you write to us.

Newsletter: email address.

Analytics: anonymised IP address, browser, device, which pages you visit. We use privacy-friendly analytics that does not set cookies.

How long we store data

Enquiries are stored for as long as the dialogue is ongoing, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is stored for 14 months.

Your rights

• You have the right to access the data we hold about you
• You have the right to have data corrected or deleted
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)
