When we collect data

• When you send us an enquiry via the contact form
• When you sign up for our newsletter
• When you visit the website (analytics)
• When you become a client and we enter into an agreement

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone, company and what you write to us.

Newsletter: email address.

Statistics: which pages you visit, where you came from, browser type, device type and country. We use our own measurement, not Google Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is not stored: it is used only at the moment the request arrives, to compute a code that tells visitors apart within a single day. The code cannot be traced back to the IP, and it is replaced every night, so it cannot be used to follow you over time. We build no profile about you.

How long we store data

Enquiries are stored for as long as the dialogue is ongoing, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is stored for 14 months.

Your rights

• You have the right to access the data we hold about you
• You have the right to have data corrected or deleted
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)
