Norsk Helseportal wanted a unified digital platform where healthcare professionals can share knowledge, take courses and stay up to date professionally. We developed and operate a secure professional platform with BankID at its core.

What kinds of health solutions has STUDIO X worked on?
We have considerable experience in both physical and mental health, with everything from web platforms to mobile apps, for patients, users and healthcare professionals. Some examples: a support app for families affected by childhood cancer (The Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society), the professional platform Norsk Helseportal for healthcare workers with BankID at its core, and an anonymous self-help app in the field of substance use for the City of Oslo through its Agency for Social and Welfare Services (RUSinfo). We have also delivered solutions for Oslo University Hospital, Helsenøkkelen and Smartlegen, among others. Needs vary, but the goal is always the same: safe, user-friendly solutions that people use.
Do you develop both apps and web platforms?
Yes. We develop both mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web platforms, and we assess together with you what best suits the users and the need. Often the answer is a combination.
How do you handle privacy and security?
We design for privacy and data security from the outset, not as something we add at the end. Data is handled safely, hosting is in Norway or the EU, and we tailor the security level to what each individual solution requires.
Can you connect the solution to the systems we already have?
As a rule, yes. We have experience integrating against existing systems and will find a safe way together with you to let the new and the old work together.
What does a health app cost and how long does it take?
It varies with scope and complexity. We often give a fixed price, for larger scopes typically after a short scoping phase where we define the requirements with you, so you know what you are getting and what it costs before we start.
