Assessment tool for healthcare institutions.
Background
Health and care institutions need to assess symptoms and challenges among residents and choose the right approach, but the tools for this have been manual, and sharing information is restricted by the duty of confidentiality.
Helsenøkkelen wanted a digital platform covering the whole flow from registration to recommended approach, designed so that confidential information is never shared.
The solution
We developed a complete platform where staff carry out assessments in a multi-step flow, from symptoms through recommendation to report, with role-based access for the whole organisation.
- Privacy at the core. No storage of personal data, only process data, so confidential information is never shared.
- Role management. Five roles with full access control, from system owner to department level.
- Three admin panels. Super admin, company and department, with licence and seat management per organisation.
- Professional content without developers. The system owner maintains symptom groups, approaches and rules itself.
- Statistics and traceability. A graphical statistics module, import and export, and an audit log for verification.
The result
The platform is production-ready and in operation, with an architecture prepared for more institutions and sectors. The project delivered more functionality than originally planned, within the agreed budget.
