Residents encounter the municipality through many channels, and the transition between them often feels disjointed. Øygarden Municipality wanted one unified resident app that lowers the barrier to using municipal services, regardless of digital ability.
STUDIO X designed and developed a municipal app with the resident at the centre, built on the principles of simplicity, accessibility and trust.
