At a nursing home, much of the communication happens verbally, on paper or spread across several channels. Smartlegen wanted one shared place where staff, residents and next of kin can easily keep up with daily life.
The need was a solution simple enough for a busy everyday, while still handling different roles and levels, from central administration down to the individual unit.
We built an app, PWA and admin dashboard on a shared backend, where content and communication are structured around the way a nursing home is organised.
- App, PWA and dashboard. The same solution on mobile and web, with a dashboard for administration.
- Simple, secure login. Login with an SMS code, and a guest mode for viewing content.
- News feed, activities and menu. Daily life at the nursing home gathered in one place.
- Messages and next of kin. Direct communication, and next of kin can follow several residents.
- Role-based structure. From central level down to nursing home, unit and staff member.
Smartlegen simplifies work across internal and external roles between different nursing homes, and brings daily life together across app, web and dashboard. The solution contributes to greater inclusion and better information flow for patients, next of kin and staff.
