Background
Volvo Financial Services needed a modern, user-friendly solution that could replace manual and time-consuming steps in the quoting and sales work.
The goal was to make it faster to calculate, compare and send financing offers, while keeping the information consistent, correct and in line with applicable rules.
The solution
We developed a complete solution where the user sets up a financing offer, chooses between financial products, adjusts repayment and terms, and gets a clear summary ready for the customer.
- Offer calculation. Calculates offers according to approved rules, with comparison of products and terms.
- Data validation. Retrieves and validates relevant customer and company information automatically.
- Onward in the value chain. Completed offers go straight into Volvo Financial Services' own systems.
- Dedicated admin interface. Full overview and control of dealers, users, products and prices, managed by the client itself.
The result
The solution is in daily production and has made the quoting process faster, more consistent and easier to use for both salespeople and dealers. STUDIO X has continued to develop and operate the solution since launch.
