Background
Mimeta needed a structured tool for collecting, following up and analysing cases of censorship, across reporters and editors in different regions.
The information was scattered and hard to get an overview of. The need was a platform with clear roles, secure reporting and good options for analysis.
The solution
We developed a web-based platform where reporting, follow-up and analysis are brought together, with role-based access for different user groups.
- Secure reporting. A portal where reporters register cases of censorship.
- Role-based access. Reporters, regional editors and global editors.
- Dashboards and analysis. Filtering, search, reports and interactive charts.
- Message centre. Direct communication between reporters and editors.
The result
The platform gives Mimeta one place to register, follow up and analyse censorship, with clear roles and secure access.
