RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) fetches relevant documents from YOUR knowledge base before the AI answers. The result: answers grounded in facts rather than hallucinations, with full traceability on what was used. All B2B AI solutions we recommend are RAG-based. That is the difference between a demo and something that can go into production.
For Norwegian B2B use: Claude (Anthropic) for complex reasoning and quality on Norwegian text. GPT (OpenAI) for high volume and a broad developer ecosystem. Mistral/Llama if you need to run locally or want full data control. We choose based on the nature of the task, not hype, and we build so the model can be swapped out later.
It depends entirely on the task. For text-based tasks such as report generation and supplier checks, time spent can often be reduced significantly. As a rule of thumb: if a task involves reading and synthesising text, there is usually a lot to gain with the right setup.
